Notes
Tonight was a bit humid and warm. I met up with Rose, Susan, Rachel, and Jen and we headed south from Boston. We did a mile and then turned away.
Then we met up with the CRTR and headed out on the trails. We took the trail up to Stanford hostel and then went on the Brandywine Falls Loop. Some of the hills were pretty tough. I ran and chatted mainly with Jen Begue. I think our pace was a little quick and I was getting tired by the end of the run.
I'll take it nice and easy tomorrow.
