Easy run out of the Center. I did the Mall, looped the Capitol and then headed to Washington Monument before looping the Tidal Basin and passing TJ and MLK. I then did the WW2 & Lincon rectangle before finishing up with 4 striders on a flat part of the mall.
43-felt warm, my legs felt fast, and overall I am in a great groove at the moment.
When I got in the elevator, one of the other fellows saw and and said, "you been jogging?" I replied, "yes". Afterwards, he said, "in this weather." If only they knew....
