Easy run in the afternoon for a change.

Just an easy 10 miler around the B&H in Arlington, 14th St Bridge, and up from TJ memorial through Gtown. Back on Key bridge - saw Samer on the bridge.

Then back up the hill. Felt ok - steady throughout.
