Notes
Today's w/o was 5/6X1000m @ i-pace (3'42" per 1000) w/ 3' rest in between reps. I finished the five reps and opted for the sixth one. I was slightly ahead today but not by very much. I was just happy to be consistent with my reps and rest. I was really working hard on the last two reps but never going all out or in trouble in terms of hitting a split. It required concentration but not all my attention.
Here were my reps:
1) .64 in 3'40"
2) .64 in 3'39"
3) .63 in 3'41"
4) .64 in 3'40"
5) .64 in 3'40"
6) .64 in 3'39"
Felt great to persevere and get the last rep in - even though it was optional. Hopefully it will help somewhere down the road.
