Long run from hell. Started hot and humid -
Did the first section in 70'
Snowville to boston in 60'
Boston to Snowville in 62'
Last segment in 87' but it's deceiving.
All was well until the barn. There I realized I lost my car key. My head disengaged from the run. The read some running in and out and around. Basically I walked it in from the bottom of parkview.
This run is probably best just forgotten. If it's hot at the BT50k, going have to adjust and run for place rather than time.
