Did an easy run on roads today. Just felt like hitting the tarmac.
Route was Highland, VP, Greystone, PV, Meadows to Chippewa. Up VP, left on Highland.
I was listening to URP and just running by feel. By around mile 8.5/9 (bottom of Chippewa) I was pretty tired so I hard to work up VP and back home.
Legs are tired now...
