Went on my first run with the SERC club. Ran and got to know a number of them. LT and I talked a bit and I really enjoyed the experience.
I started getting a touch tired around 15 and then was very glad for the stables break at 16. I was not behind the curve but I was close to being in some trouble.
I somehow managed to gut the last 5 miles out. As the temps started to spike, it started to get oppressive. Plus, it was great to get so many miles in over the weekend.
ROUTE: Red Lock, Carriage Connector to B&H, to Alexander Rd, Then BT to towpath to SRB. Then BR course to stables, down Parkview to Valley Bridal trail (in terrible muddy shape). Valley Bridal back to Red Lock.
