Pretty cold in my dress rehearsal. I am dressing for 47 and it's 32. First mile I stayed conscious of holding back. Finished in 6'48". My second mile was faster in 6'44".
Wasn't working. Listened to my breathing. Feel sharp. Ready to go to California.
