Hard effort today. From Rocky River to Oak Grove.
Ran with Rob for the first 11 miles. Then with Peterman, L15Y, & Heun until 16 and then Heun and I pushed it until 18. I was chasing Kristy all day. I caught her around 25 on the hills.
Hit the Marathon mark at 3:16 - I think I negative split this. I also took a little time at the last aid station and then worked the hell out of the hills.
