Pretty good snow out there this morning. The roads were shitty and I felt I was sliding a fair amount today. Everything went well and I kept things very easy. On the way back from State (I felt my right knee acting up) but I consciously backed off my pace and it went away. Training with this glitch is going to be tricky this winter.
Other than all the snow and cold: it was the perfect way to start the day.
