Trail run with Epic, Heun, & LT.
We toured the whole of the Bedford Reservation. We headed down to Tinkers Creek and up the Gorge to downtown Bedford before doing the Aquaduct Park. Then we returned via Egbert to Alex Rd. Then we did the BT down to Frazee House and took the Bridal up.
Not too bad. Reasonable pace. I still hated all the leaves but no ankle rolls. Good time on feet.
