Notes

Completed my last t-pace workout. I did 3X1200 @ t-pace (6'30") and 1X1200 @ m-pace (between 7'10"-7'20") with 1-minute rest in between reps.

The splits were as follows:

1) 4'52" (6'30")

2) 4'52" (6'30")

3) 4'51" (6'30")

4) 5'23" (7'12")

Overall this workout felt smooth. I was not working too hard on the i-pace and the m-pace felt extremely comfortable. Legs feel sharp, breathe feels deep, and I feel focused as I look to Sunday. Eight more easy miles and 6 striders left before the show.
