Did my first real i-pace work of the summer. The plan is to i-pace the next 5 weeks.
This week I started off with 3.25 miles of work. It was 4 reps of 400/800 with equal time recovery so 1'29" and 2'58".
The reps were pretty consistent considering this was the first week of work.
1) 400 - 1'26" (1'29" rest)
2) 800 - 2'57" (2'58" rest)
3) 400 - 1'26"
4) 800 - 2'58"
5) 400 - 1'28"
6) 800 - 2'56"
7) 400 - 1'27"
8) 800 - 2'55"
Felt in control and comfy throughout. Not too much attention required to hold pace.
