Notes
Did an easy run. It felt really cold out there this morning. I just put my pace on cruise basically race every mile in 8'58" pace. I finished up my run with 6 quality striders to get in touch with my fast twitch muscles ahead of tomorrow's t-pace workout.
Not too much to report: on the striders I felt like I could have flown. My legs are feeling better and better each day. The countdown to chicago continues....3 more days to run before then.
