Out with Heun -
Footing was fine on the way out and slushy on the way back. I was bonking from boston on the way back in. I was taking gu but I think I need to change the regimen around. Need more variety.
Pace was fine and I followed Jimmy's lead hiking hills. Just trying to learn a new way to think about running.
