Dad, Uncle Rick, and I went to the trail for a 90' run. The trail was snow packed and covered. I wore my spikes and ran to feel. Some miles were slower and easier while others were quicker. I felt in total control throughout despite getting a bit cold on the way back.
Good run and a nice way to end the week!
Now I feel like I am getting back into marathon-training. I will just need to keep it going!
