Beautiful day. We broke out the BOB and Eli and I did a P6. Pushing him up the hills is hard work and its weird not running with your arms. But he seemed to dig the ride and only cried when I would stop.
Jasna met us on the final hill so I climbed up the last .5 on my own and then did 4 striders.
I could probably use a couple more days rest but I'll give it a go tomorrow.
Other than tomorrow, it's really a step-back week anyway.
