Broke out my winter running stuff to get this one done. I ran in the Flow's which feel so much better than the 12mm drop shoes I was wearing yesterday. I think the days of me in 12mm drop are over. I just like the way my foot strikes in 4 and 8mm drop shoes. I feel lighter and softer in these types of shoes.
After Boston - I am going to work harder on the transition.
Easy run this morning - only thing that was rough was the weather.
Finished with 6 striders to prep for tomorrow's capstone w/o.
