Windy on the ridge. Should have affected the 1, 3, & 5 reps. Should of helped me on the 2&4 reps.
Goal was 5x800m @ 2'54" pace with 60% recovery time (1'45" in between reps). I kept my first 400s at 1'27" and then tried to hit the second 400. I was quick on rep 4 & 5. The quick recovery time made it tough.
1) 2'51"
2) 2'53"
3) 2'54"
4) 2'51"
5) 2'47"
This averaged out to be 2'51" for all the reps.
