Thought a lot about last week. Decided given the recent 2M TT to back off the pace a bit. Get the workout done and work hard but don't overdue on the early reps.
Tonight I did 7x90" with 2'30" rest in between. Reps 2-5 were solid, the rest were ok. But I'll take it. Improvement on last week. Anything better than a busted w/o

2) .21 @ 7'14"
3) .21 @ 7'12"
4) .21 @ 7'17"
5) .21 @ 7'11"
6) .20 @ 7'20"
7) .20 @ 7'27"
