Just an easy 5 on the B&H. It felt great being out there without any pressure just enjoying the run.
Legs feel good but they are a little fatigued. I felt like I was going faster than 9' pace.
A misty-rain started on my way home. Ugly day but it was nice to get out and get some miles in. Loving the run...
