Notes
This was a pretty hard run for me. My legs are pretty sore and my piriformis is just real tight.
At the meet-up point (some did shorter or longer distance) we had: Kelly Graham, Robert Kirchmiller, Tanja Glujic-White and her friend Julie, Kyoko N, Alyssa McLaughlin, Ashley McGinnis, Doug Lichtenwalter, Julie Jacobsen, Cindy who reads the blog, Lesley Rush, Nancy Zink, and Rick Curwen. It was our longest run and I think it was hard for a few of the other runners.
