Notes

I ran with Coach Jim up to 7 miles. I had two friends and a dog to run back to Wallace Park. Our total time was 2:40:08 which works out a little fast at a 11:27/mile. I am not positive we ran exactly 14 miles, because I do not think we took the same route back after we passed NW 9th. We may have sped up though because of this: I had my massage last night and have a little soreness, so I may have thought we were slowing down so I was trying to keep up the pace. I don't know if that makes sense. Also, Kristin was not feeling well and I think that might have caused us to go a little faster.

To keep from going to fast next weekend on my long run, I am going to do a better job at looking at the mile points you call out so I can "check myself" better.

My breakfast sandwich was super yummy! We saw Ryan and April at the bakery but then had to zoom out of there. Today my legs are tired but not hurting; however they might be tired after I finish cleaning tonight bleah!
