I was running this on the Cedar Valley Nature Trail. It was sort of squishy in some parts so not the best surface for a tempo run but I didn't mind so much. I figured it was good for me! The first 2 miles were into the wind and the last two miles was a lot warmer and I didn't feel the wind at all. I only felt really good the last 3/4 mile. There were no mile markers (I used mapmyrun.com before hand so I knew where to start/end) so I was really happy to average out at 8:38. I was supposed to run the 4 miles at 8:50.
