plan was 3x10mi na 50min lopen, met 1x moderate, 1x hard, 1x moderate. Eerste 10mi 241W, 26:58, tweede 24.58, 295W, goed! Derde na 3mijl (en 2u training), leeg! Kon letterlijk niet meer dan 150w trappen. Somehow got to 7mi and called it a day, maybe 185W average last 7mi. Have to get used to eating! Good workout though!
