35 deg, variable winds to 11mph, 27 wind chill.
Under armour pants, Kohl's thermal tek shirt, nike shrt slv, wind breaker for 1st mi, ear muff band, mid weight gloves, Mizuno's with trifits.
Felt tight during warm up, left calf complained, minor rt shin pain. Took wind breaker off after 1mi warn up, and tried to start maf test with hr=107 but couldn't get hr to 107. Felt to burdened and had to walk a bit. Could be didn't get enough sleep, was feeling hungry even tho I had a gu and some G2 gatorade. Thought I had eaten enough last night to carry me thru. Or it could be don't try a maf test the day after a long run. Not the most fun run... sigh not everyone is a good one so its good to get a not so good one behind ya!
