23F, lit wind, wind chill 16F. 3 layer upper body, sht slv comr, lg slv Layer 8 mock turtle w/1/4 zipper, Bolle 1/4 zipper wind breaker/golf jacket, wool cap, mittens, neck wrmr, Under Armour fitted pant, compr under shrt. No fuel, no liquids, no knee braces.
malfunction junction. MP3 quit in mi 3, finished listening to my own feet. I got to warm in the 4th mi when no breeze, unzipped outer, Layer 8 zipper stuck and then opened up under the zipper. I pulled it all the way open and left it that way. The fiddling around I think slowed me down a touch while increasing hr a beat or two. Maf 3 did feel more labored tho with only a bit of slow down. Will have to compare results to previous when I get a chance.
A touch of left toe numbness. Came and went as I tried to adjust gate. Some rt foot tingling at times. Not bad tho.
