Notes
A nice run break up the day's work. It was snowing as I started, and there was a little bit of it lying on the grass next to the sidewalks. Took it fairly easy along East Ave, running maybe 7:15 pace. Turned at Culver and picked it up gradually on the way back, averaging 6:40 or so. Last half mile was 6:00 or under, feeling really light and bouncy the whole way in. I do love running, and I hope some day it can be a daily activity again. I'll see how my legs feel tomorrow -- I'll either do another short run or I'll go to the Y, since it seems that the cold weather has returned for a while, now.
