Quick run at midnight, to break up the work I'm doing. Felt pretty good, with a bit of cramping throughout. I'd just ease off and it would back away. Slight pickup on the way back, with a big push the last 800m just for fun. I was really blasting the last bit (like an idiot) -- didn't really get a good time on anything, but I had to stop about 1200 out and it was ~4:10 later that I finished. Not bad, but I'm just glad to get some runs in. My feet don't hurt after these runs, which is a good sign. I'll just keep to running no more than 3x a week.

Reverse looped route of what I did 2 days ago, and it was quite a bit faster. I should stop kicking every run in, but it's fun. I guess this was technically Saturday, but eh.
