COMMENTS: wanted to go faster on this recovery run, but david insisted on something that was a little slow... my slowest run in quite a while. however, put in a big kick at the end, just to work a little speed in. still... not too bad for a recovery day, but i need to do more. will do 2 runs tomorrow, half hour easy then maybe some more on my own later. i'm starting to get back into good shape... its nice.
