COMMENTS: ran with dad, dog, and david. took first 20 minutes at a very easy 9 minute pace to accommodate father. then, went with david and dog on an extra bit at about 7 30 pace. then picked it up to sub 6 for the last half mile or so, just for fun. dog had great fun flying through the turns of the 411 trail... tail wag.
