Easy afternoon run, with the thought of doing 8-10 tomorrow. Ran the same pace as yesterday, but it felt even easier today. Route is actually 4.13, but I walked for .1 of a mile with Evelyn and her friend's dog Chami, a Shiba Inu. Saw them walking yesterday and smiled, but today I couldn't help but stop and talk. I'm such a huge dog person.
How I wish I was at Detweiler today, watching NVXC battle it out. I think they'll be starting the race in a half hour...
