COMMENTS: well... this was an interesting run. most of it was spent inside with most of the time being spent running with other sophomores and aaron. we ended up running outside without our shirts on... winterfresh! ran to the freshman campus and in there a few times. got called crazy about 30 times... which i guess is true in some regards. lots of fun. i missed out on part of the run when i went to the bathroom briefly, so ended up running on my own finding them again. i have this run down as a fartlek because we changed pace a lot, but it settled down to 720/730 by the end. it felt nice to do a longer run again.
