I felt good during the first half and push it somewhat in the 2nd half.....I took my first ever ice bath (just cold water) after reading all the wonderful things its suppose to do.... Since my long run is tomorrow and since I push it somewhat today, I wanted see if the ice bath will help recovery... I'll have the answer tomorrow..
