didn't really have a good dinner but the run went well. 3 miles is pretty easy now. I think my pace was more consistent tonight. I ran clockwise on the track as well.
I remembered a strech fro my hip tonight which helped. it isn't acting up but I can tell it could. same with my right knee.
although light, I feel better partly due to the upper body work out yesterday
I need to watch that I run my pace and not the pace of the song I'm listening to ( radio )
been getting lost of sleep lately......
