slow tempo/fast easy. I need to make sure I don't push my mileage too fast, I can tell my right knee and other parts of me won't like it very much if I do too much right now. my ankles bugged me a little, not sure if that is the shoes(breaking in or too wide) or lack of running. I should be doing ankle rolls, point-flexes anyways so that should take care of it.
