easy run to start building mileage to begin more intense running workouts in 5-7 weeks.

I ran with a faster cadence ( and also less heel strike which go hand in hand ) though it wasn't in an "ideal" range.

the last mile I pushed a faster and pushed on the last lap just to see how it felt.
