light stretch before run
I was not happy with 8min miles so I pushed the pace a little. ( at least it felt like just a little)
pushed last lap though I was surprised with 6:30 because I thought my 1st lap of the 3rd mile was slow.
It felt really good
This was easier than a week ago when I ran the same pace
ran counter clock wise
good stretch after
and a light upper body work out - been a while
rolled ankles out
mesh shorts and t shirt, some sweat
