hard push on the bow deck this afternoon. goal was to do 4x15min and i was able to get it done. the first 15 was a tough one. i felt tired and a little off rhythm but once i loosened up i had less catches. i plan on going back to shorter intervals and working my way back up to 15-20 again. gotta keep it fresh!
