that's a wrap. last spin. last tassie chamber session. can't say that i'm bummed to be getting out of there. i think i had 56 cardio sessions in 42 days. throw in an additional 6 weights sessions and sprinkle in the push-ups/pull-ups/sit-ups and that was a productive fitness stint. land ho bitches!
