went out with the goal of doing a long run and keep the HR down to grind out some miles. thought about doing 13 but thought i could try 15 since it would be a new long for me. was fine the entire way, nothing nagging at me. it was nice having the wind to my back for miles 7.5 - 12.5. hopefully in port a couple more days to get some more land work in.
