wow.... hot and humid!! but this firecracker went very well for me. I achieved my two goals.... 1) run the entire way 2) do better than the dino dash. I did both! and averaged under an 8:00 mile. It makes me wonder how I would have done if it had been 10 degrees cooler like it has been the rest of the week????
