shocked myself in this run. I never expected to run the race this fast. especially the day after my 14 mile run that sucked so much. I wanted to walk at the halfway point.. but for some reason I kept running. and then something kicked in after mile 2 and I took off.. mile 3 was 7:18! I ended up with 5th place in my age group... and with an age group award. that has never happened before!
