Handy runner and my GPS are terrible.
The time isn't even correct, so I'm so sure it has to do w/ my phones GPS that it said I ran 89mi today.
It shows I started in the Atlantic Ocean
For now any run 10mi+ will be a 'long' run.
I ran faster today than the last 2 weeks and it felt the same.
