Ran the SGHS 5k loop again, with my motivational coach ;) , and took the neighborhood loop a little harder this time. I just ran it with purpose rather than defeat -- finishing about .9 miles in 7:00. Then we finished the 3k and pushed it to the VMFA and up the steps.
Kevin pointed out that a few months ago, he suggested what he thought would be a good and proper goal for me on this 5k: aiming for 30mins. Now I'm aiming at 27 and secretly hoping to break 26. I guess I like this :)
