Notes

Interval training with Kevin. We stopped after the first, pretty easy mile warm up (8:15). Ran the second loop with 7 100-150yd surges of pseudo-sprinting at 8:00. Ran the third loop with the same surge pattern at the exact same time. I'm sore, but it feels good to know I can add that power to my run.
