On my way to the gym, I decided I would just go for 2 since it had been almost a week since my last run (and a looooooong, full weekend leading a retreat for teens). During the run, I decided to go for 2.5. At 2.5 I just kept going, partially because I knew Kevin needed to get to 4 (and I was going at such a slow pace, it wasn't hard to churn out the extra half mile, just to keep going). He did, I did and we patted ourselves on the back!
