WOOOOOOO this was a great run. I was getting a little mentally tired around 2.5 miles, thinking that my heart was doing something weird, so I decided to run the remaining .6 miles to a 5K at a pretty quick clip. I finished that in 26:53, which is an 8:41 pace. I walked .4 and decided I would finish the remaining 1.5 until my screen read 5 miles. I'm really proud of this run :) and I'm proud of Kevin for doing the same thing, but going to 4 miles and then 6 miles.
One week, 2 days. It's on.
