Our 6-man aR team took part in the RI6hr Relay this weekend, taking 1st place overall. Team finished with 59.4 miles in 5hrs 53min 58sec. Ran ok and fairly consistent but never felt sharp. My last lap was my fastest.
2 marathons and a half in the last month may have something to do with that :-)
