Notes

I was up at 4:25 to get some miles on the treadmill before Henry woke up. I got 13 in, then had breakfast and played trains with Henry. By 8 I was out the door for another 2:08 (16 miles). I felt goodthe whole time.

Nutrition:

1 cup maltodextrin in a half liter water plus another half liter water and 6 endurolytes while on the treadmill. Then a small bowl of oatmeal. While running outside I had 2/3 cup maltodextrin in a half liter water and 5 endurolytes.
